Pecorino Toscano

Pecorino Toscano is a soft or semi-hard cheese made from whole ewe’s milk.

It was DOP certified by the European Commission in 1996 meaning that it is made according to exacting standards in our facilities at Monte Amiata and Pienza where it is aged and packaged before shipping.

This strong bond with the local production chain is a guarantee of excellence that begins with the raw materials and continues through production all the way to the consumer.
